Inside Web builds websites and online shops on Odoo, linked directly to your stock, your sales, your invoicing, your CRM and your deliveries. An online order updates the stock, creates the invoice and prepares the shipment, with no synchronisation between two systems at all. Ideal for businesses whose complexity sits in the management side: B2B, technical catalogues, multiple warehouses, selling online and in store.

One system, no synchronisation.

With a conventional shop, the site and the management software are two worlds to be joined up. With Odoo, the website and the shop are applications of the same system as your stock, your accounting and your CRM. The product you edit in Odoo is the one that appears online. The order placed online is the one the warehouse picks.

No connector to maintain when everything lives in one place.

What we put in place.

Products, variants, attributes, data sheets and images managed once, for the site and for the management system alike.

  • Stock in real time

Availability shown from actual stock, including across several warehouses and alongside in-store selling.

  • Price lists and B2B

Pricing by customer, by group or by volume, payment terms and prices excluding VAT for signed-in business customers.

  • Customer portal

Your customers consult their orders, invoices, quotations and deliveries, and reorder in a few clicks.

  • Payments

Payment providers built into Odoo, such as Stripe or Mollie, for Bancontact, cards and mobile wallets.

  • Delivery

Delivery methods, cost calculation and carrier connectors to prepare and track shipments.

One order, from click to invoice.

    The stock is reserved

Quantities are deducted immediately, for the site as well as for selling in store or by telephone.

  3. 03

    The warehouse picks

The picking note and the shipping label are generated in Odoo.

  4. 04

    The invoice is issued

The invoice is created and sent automatically, over Peppol for your Belgian business customers.

  5. 05

    The customer follows it all

Order status, delivery tracking and documents available in their portal.

There is no universal answer. Where the shop window and the content matter as much as the management side, we recommend a WooCommerce shop linked through an Odoo connector. Where management takes priority, Odoo e-commerce is often the simplest and most robust choice.

What we add to Odoo.

  • A design of your own

A theme matching your brand guidelines, bespoke blocks and carefully built pages, going beyond the standard templates.

  • Search visibility done properly

URL structure, meta tags, product structured data and optimised performance.

  • Specific modules

Where the standard falls short: a configurator, particular pricing rules, a business-specific ordering journey.

  • A layer of AI

Product descriptions, intelligent search or an assistant drawing on your Odoo catalogue.

With an eye on what comes next.

An Odoo shop grows with the company: a second site for another brand or another country, a mobile ordering application for your business customers, or AI agents handling quotation requests. Everything is added on the same foundation of data.

Your questions.

(Odoo website and shop)

Can you build an online shop with Odoo?

Yes. Odoo offers an e-commerce application built into the same system as stock, sales, invoicing and CRM. Inside Web builds bespoke Odoo shops, matched to your brand guidelines and to your management rules.

What is the advantage of an Odoo shop?

Everything sits in one system: the stock displayed is the actual stock, orders arrive straight into the management system, invoices are generated automatically and customers find their documents in a portal. There is no connector to maintain between the shop and the ERP.

Does Odoo suit B2B?

Yes, it is one of its strengths. Price lists by customer or by group, prices excluding VAT, payment terms, a customer portal with order and invoice history, and quick reordering are all available as standard.

Odoo or WooCommerce for my shop?

If management sits at the heart of your business, as in B2B, distribution or with several warehouses, Odoo is often the better choice. If brand experience and content take priority, a bespoke WooCommerce shop connected to Odoo offers more freedom.

Which payment methods are available on Odoo?

Odoo integrates several payment providers, including Stripe and Mollie, which support Bancontact, bank cards and mobile wallets among others. The choice depends on your customers and on your business.

Does Odoo handle delivery and carriers?

Yes. Odoo manages delivery methods, calculates costs and offers connectors to several carriers for generating labels and tracking shipments. We configure the options that suit your shipping.

Does an Odoo site rank well?

Odoo provides the fundamentals, such as meta tags, a sitemap and clean URLs. Inside Web strengthens those foundations with a structure designed around search, product structured data and performance optimisation.

Can we have a custom design on Odoo?

Yes. Beyond the standard templates, we adapt the theme to your brand guidelines and develop bespoke blocks and templates. The freedom nevertheless remains more constrained than with a fully bespoke site.

Can we sell online and in store from the same stock?

Yes. Odoo's e-commerce and point of sale share the same stock and the same customers. A sale in store updates online availability, and the other way round.

Are invoices sent over Peppol?

Yes, for business customers. Odoo supports sending invoices over the Peppol network, mandatory for B2B exchanges in Belgium since 1 January 2026. Consumer customers receive a conventional invoice.

Can an existing shop be migrated to Odoo?

Yes. Products, customers and order history can be carried across into Odoo once the data is cleaned up. We also prepare redirects from the old URLs so search visibility is preserved.

Does Odoo support several sites or several languages?

Yes. Odoo runs several websites from one database and several languages per site, which suits the Belgian market in French, Dutch and English well.
