What does the Care service include?

Hosting on managed servers, updates, monitoring, automatic backups, security hardening, and the work needed for fixes and small improvements.

Where are the sites hosted?

On servers managed and monitored by our own team, in Europe. Each server is configured and hardened for the technologies it runs.

How often are backups taken?

Daily, kept for several days and stored separately from the main server. A restore can be carried out quickly if something goes wrong.

What happens if my site is hacked?

We isolate the site, establish how the intrusion happened, clean up or restore a healthy version, close the weakness and strengthen the protection so it does not happen again.

Why is maintenance necessary?

Because software, server languages and threats keep moving. An unmaintained site gradually becomes slower, more vulnerable and incompatible with recent browsers and services.

Can you host a site you did not build?

Yes, following a technical audit. If the site carries significant risks we tell you, and propose the corrections needed before migrating.
